1. How can I report a bug, problem or abuse?

  • If you find a bug, problem or abuse, please click here and fill the contact us form. Please be sure to include the URL of the page where you found the bug, problem or abuse.

2. Shall I have more than one account on Zeezag?

  • No. As per our policy, one person can have one account. Having more than one account per person is against our Terms of Use.

3. How can I change my user name or email address?

  • First make sure the new username you want is not already in use. If the new username you want is available, then you can request us the new username. Email a change request to support@zeezag.com from the email address associated with your Zeezag account. Include your email address and the new username. Follow the same procedure for email change request.

4. How can I close my account?

  • Send email request to support@zeezag.com from the email address associated with your Zeezag account.

5. Why my story still in upcoming section?

  • Our team will analyze each and every story posted by you and check the post against our policy.

6. How do I submit story to Zeezag?

  • Login to your Zeezag account and click “add story” link on the header navigation. If the URL you try to submit is already submitted by another user, then you’ll be able to rate the story in order to add them to your profile.

7. Why did you delete my story?

  • Because your story may violate out terms. Zeezag have the rights to publish, delete any story as per our terms and policy.

8. How can I get back my forgotten username or password?

  • Visit the login page and enter your e-mail address you have on file with Zeezag. We’ll send you an e-mail that will contain your username and password.

  • Zeezag does not disclose the number of registered members to the public.
